1. Eligibility for Refunds

  • Refund requests must be formally submitted within 7 days of initial service delivery.
  • Refunds are considered only for services that were not delivered or drastically deviated from the defined scope.
  • Customized projects are typically non-refundable once approved unless noted in your Service Agreement.

Non-Refundable Items

Refunds do not cover third-party fees, non-refundable gateway charges, hosting instances, or domain registrations paid on behalf of the client. Services partially delivered may qualify for a partial, prorated refund at our sole discretion.

  3. Our financial and project teams will review the query and revert within 3-5 business days.
  4. Approved refunds will be processed instantly and credited to the original measurement method within 7-10 business days.
