 - Customized or tailor-made projects are generally non-refundable unless agreed otherwise in the contract.

 - Refunds do not cover third-party fees, hosting costs, or domain registrations paid on behalf of the client.
 
4. Payment Method for Refunds
- Approved refunds will be issued using the original payment method.
 - Refund processing may take up to 7-10 business days depending on the payment provider.
 
5. Dispute Resolution
If a refund request is denied or disputed, we encourage you to contact our support team for clarification. We aim to resolve any disputes amicably and fairly. For unresolved matters, the laws of India govern all disputes.
