Vareqo OS subscription plans can be cancelled at any time before the next billing cycle. If you experience technical defects or service outages, our billing support team will review refund requests submitted within 14 days of the billing event.
Custom AI development, multi-agent builds, and software engineering engagements executed through ZynKode Labs follow milestone-based deliverable sign-offs defined in the respective Master Services Agreement (MSA).
