By accessing the ZynKode platform, utilizing Vareqo AI Operating System services, or engaging ZynKode Labs for bespoke engineering, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.
Clients retaining ZynKode Labs for custom AI or software development retain full, unencumbered ownership of custom source code, trained agent weights, and proprietary schemas upon milestone completion, unless explicitly agreed otherwise in a master services agreement.
Autonomous agents deployed via Vareqo OS may not be utilized for malicious penetration attempts, unauthorized data harvesting, or automated systems violating local or international regulations.
