Welcome to ZynKode! By accessing or using our services, you agree to comply with the following established terms and conditions.

1. Eligibility & Access

You must be at least 13 years old to use our digital services.
Users under 18 must have parental or guardian consent.

2. Intellectual Property

All content, code, designs, and materials provided by ZynKode remain our intellectual property until project completion and payment.

Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or commercial use of any content, strategy, or proprietary code is strictly prohibited without explicit written consent.

3. Service Usage & Limitations

You agree to use our services responsibly and not engage in any activity that violates local or international laws.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services for users who violate these terms at any time.
ZynKode is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of third-party platforms.

4. Payments & Revisions

All fees are outlined in individual service agreements. Payments must be processed as per the milestone schedule. Ongoing services require timely clearance of invoices to prevent suspension. Revisions are subject to the project scope document provided at onboarding.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from the use of ZynKode services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Delhi, India.
